Villa Jacaranda

Gracing the Temple Road, near the South Cliff area in Varkala, this serene guesthouse has four unique individual rooms. A garden and lily pond greets you as you enter the property. Guests can treat themselves and relax on the roof terrace.

The four rooms have private verandahs, attached bathrooms and the best of furniture. The various pieces have been collected over the years by the owners of the house. All the rooms are well-ventilated and airy. The ceiling fans are more than enough to cool the rooms. All rooms have internet connectivity.

Room One looks out onto the garden and is on the ground floor. Room Two on the first floor faces the sea. The Third one, too, is situated on the same floor. The Fourth one is located on the topmost floor – it has a private terrace, exclusive rooftop garden, and a spacious bathroom.

Breakfast is served on individual verandas in the mornings. We ensure that all the produce in our kitchen is of the highest quality, clean and fresh, and that food is well presented with flowers, good china and table linen.

The Garden was laid out in 2002. The three Jacarandas grace the garden’s look. Birds such as koel, Indian tree pie, jungle crow, kingfisher, crow pheasant and pond heron visit the area often. There are many flowering plants, trees and shrubs in the garden.

Ayurvedic massage and treatments on offer are excellent. Experienced practitioners will guide you. Enjoy yourself at the ayurvedic centre after a hectic day or visiting places or interest or going shopping.
